The house officers, Doctors and pharmacists of Lagos State Teaching Hospital (LUTH) began a protest yesterday 2nd september over non payment of salaries. according to one of the protesters, they have not been paid their salaries for the past 3months and some more than three months!
they have decided that No Payment, No Work for them.
it is really unfair that the people who take care of the sick, devolt their time and energy have to stay without payment for 3months with their family! how do they expect them to survive. Lagos State Government has to do something about this fast.
