"The "Glee" actor died of a mixed drug toxicity involving heroin and alcohol, the British Columbia Coroners Service confirmed on Tuesday".
Monteith was found dead in his room at the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, shortly after noon on Saturday when he failed to check out on time.
