Report reaching me states that a section of the ailing NNPC refinery in Warri, Delta state was gutted by fire early hours of today, Tuesday 22nd October. the situation is said to be under control as fire fighters have been battling all morning to put the fire out. from the pictures, the fire seems to be serious as the cause of the sudden fire outbreak is yet to be made known.
