Recently Purchased RRS Helicopter 5N-LAG Had Been Owned By LASG Since 2009?

The Bell 412EP Helicopter 5N-LAG (Manufacturers Serial Number 36495) was recently presented to the public as a new purchase by the current Lagos State Government to aid its crime fighting efforts. However, a trail of documents and news articles readily available online show that this helicopter (5N-LAG) together with 5N-LSG were both procured in 2009 via deductions from the Lagos State Security Trust Fund.

The two aircraft were advertised for sale earlier this year.

The inference from this is that the Lagos State Government purchased the 5N-LAG helicopter from itself?
