Daily grooming is important for all men (just as it is for women). The result at the end this routine each day presents a clean appearance. But beyond that, it keeps you healthy and free of diseases.
Here are five tips to keep you looking your best everyday.
Get the blood flowing
Stretch it out . You may want to touch your toes, it helps wake you up. Personally, i like to do a few minutes of skipping, then a glass of water before i hit the shower.
It’s nice to have a large glass of water right when you wake up.This will help to purify your colon and increase the rate at which your muscle and blood cells are renewed.
2.Take a Shower
You can shave and brush your teeth in the shower to save time. Shampoo your hair. If you need to hydrate your hair, use a leave-in conditioner while shaving. Clean your body with a washcloth and mild cleanser. Towel dry when you finish.
Taking a shower would remove odor and bacteria from your body, leaving you smelling fresh.
3. Use oils and lotions
When you get out of the shower, use a styling oil to detail sideburns, beards or hair along the neckline. You can also use a powder after applying a moisturising lotion to your body for extra hydration.
4. Use Deodorants
Apply deodorant in order to smell fresh. Everybody have a trace on them even though some give off more body odours than others. Soaps may decrease bacteria and body odour during shower, however a deodorant will keep your smelling fresh when you start perspiring during he cause of the day.
5 Grab a Clean Shirt, Polished Shoe and a Jacket
Finish up your routine by dressing right. Ensure your shirt and trouser are ironed to smooth out creases and to make the fabric even out. Give more life to your shoes with a dab of polish, then grab a jacket if the weather is right. You can never go wrong with a well fitting jacket.
