The Defence Headquarters has declared the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) as a “militant terrorist organisation’’.
The Director, Defence Information (DDI), Major -General John Enenche in a statement on Friday said parents should dissuade their wards from joining the group and that the Armed Forces will confront “all security challenges facing the country.’’
