Mr Ugafor Tochukwu Michael ,the CEO of "Asandrea Collections" De Beauty of Africa" tells his story of how he ignored his degree in Economics after years of searching for job with no result to venture into Tailoring. Mr Tochukwu Michael, After Completing His National Youth Service Corps,NYSC in Yauri Kebbi State, He combed the Street for another whole year in search of a white-collar job ,it got to a point Ugafor Tochukwu M,fondly called Asa by His friends back in school wizened and realized that He is on a wild goose chase.He tapped into His passion for creating Trendy Apparels,and the trudged on to launch His Fashion Brand,Asandrea Collections• In An Interview With Sun News paper, He explained how his friends mocked him when he went for tailoring and how he has become a successful designer ever sought for,.. (Smiles) Many says I wasted my time in University,some says am confused....some came to me and say Asa you say na cloth you want dey sew after studying Economics,na wa for youoooooo!
But I can tell you that many of them later ate their word,when they started seeing the benefits,seeing me in different glossy Fashion Magazines,and people started commending my works•
