The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has indefinitely adjourned judgment in the suit instituted by Senate President, Bukola Saraki, against his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT.
The court had last Friday fixed today Monday for the judgment.
When the parties, lawyers and journalists got to the court, the doors were under lock and key.
The lawyers confirmed to newsmen that they only came to honour the earlier schedule for the judgment as they had been contacted by the contact before Monday that the case had been adjourned.
