who says motherhood doesn't change someone, take a look at the new Kim, since she gave birth to her baby, North West, she is no longer obsessed with her looks or what she wears! wearing heels and being sexy is no longer the mind set for Kim. hmmm, it's good though but i don't like this new Kim, at least not like this! see more pics;
