this is not the first time 73 year old Roberto Cavalli is being spotted at the beach with his cute lover. Roberto who is one of the world's greatest fashion designers has refused to grow old as he is still enjoying life to the fullest with his young, fresh blood girlfriend Lina. i see his "Six Packs" are still awesome lol.. more pics below;
