FROM BLOGGER'S DESK: Guess Who I Just Saw Now!

Hey, i'm super exited here! so i was out for my launch break when i saw someone that look like my "Idol" (you know being a literature student, you get to read lots of books and Amada's books are always my favorite. i continue wishing by the day that i will get to write like her some day). back to the gist,

what i did was funny, i quickly rushed to her driver to confirm if she is truly the one and when he confirmed it, i waved at her and even though she was on phone, she waved back at me with the prettiest smile ever! that was all i needed, I rushed back to my office to get my phone, getting back to the Chinese restaurant i saw her, she was still on call but her Husband(yes her husband! they wouldn't be divorced and still moving around together) whom i mistook to be her manager was there. i walked up to him i told him i'm a huge fan of Chim-Amanda and i would love to take a pics with her and ask some question. he introduced himself to me and I did same (He was quite welcoming especially when i knew I am Igbo) we got talking and he told me him and his wife are just coming from an interview at Beat fm about Chimamanda's song with Flavour "LETS LIVE TOGETHER | Kush ft. Chimamanda, Flavour & Morell | OTS HOAYS" The Official Theme Song for the Half Of A Yellow Sun Movie #Unity and said Chimamanda is quite tired that if i can wait for her she might agree to take the pics with me but he made me promise i would not use it her (I'm sorry i had to, taking a pics with Amanda means alot to me...i just had to share it up here)

After some minutes, Chimamanda was done on phone and she stretched out her hands to shake me (Not minding that there is ebola)  with that cute smile of hers that almost melted my heart. gush she's so pretty i said to my self. I told her my name and how i love her, she was so down to earth and even spoke Igbo to me telling me I am her sister and we should speak igbo instead of English! she also said something that made me wanna cry... she said she would take a million pics with me because i am igbo and I and pretty! she said she loves Cute Igbo ladies (another advantage of being a fine girl *winks*)... I blushed really hard, he hubby helped us with the pics and i told her she made my day, Yes she did!
I didn't believe despite being that famous she would be so down to earth! and i must say she looks far prettier personally than in pics, she is flawless and yet so simple. she told me she is working on a book now but withheld the name.
so that is how your girl is gradually climbing the ladder of being a celebrity...*winks* he he, ok bye!
