The raining season has just began, the fear of impending floods just by its beginning is making Lagos residents restless as so many fear how the roads will be if the rain continues. Following the heavy down pour at night and this morning, The flooding has been witnessed in Obalande, Mushin, Lekki, Apapa and some other places in Lagos.
